Job Title: Business Operations Analyst 

What this job involves:  

The Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance. The analyst will work closely with various departments to gather data, conduct analysis, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:  

  • Collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement  

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)  

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions  

  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes or new initiatives  

  • Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness  

  • Preparing and presenting findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders  

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)  

  • Participating in project teams to drive operational improvements across the organization 

Desired experience and technical skills: 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field  

  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a similar role  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Experience in process mapping and improvement methodologies  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred:  

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field  

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma)  

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems  

  • Knowledge of lean management principles  

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)  

  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement  

  • Industry-specific knowledge relevant to the company's sector 

 

Estimated total compensation for this position:

60,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
