About the team:
This team manages the procurement and tracking of lift safety equipment for projects, ensuring accurate data entry and order processing within SAP. They coordinate closely with project managers and suppliers to support timely deliveries and resolve order issues. Operating in a dynamic environment, the team provides excellent customer service to contractors and suppliers while analyzing equipment orders. Their efforts help maintain project schedules and compliance with local requirements. Strong communication, vendor management, and data management skills are essential to effectively support project needs and contribute to successful outcomes.
What you'll do: - Maintain and update multiple databases to accurately track procurement and project deadlines using various tools and software.
- Assist in coordinating equipment procurement by monitoring orders, verifying details, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely shipments.
- Support contract management by preparing communications, coordinating contract addendums, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate project status reports and execute data queries as requested to support decision-making.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and promote a positive, respectful work environment.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration within complex operational environments.
- Strong proficiency in data management and tracking tools, including SAP Fiori and advanced spreadsheet use.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners.
- Ability to maintain accurate databases, prepare detailed reports, and manage procurement timelines with precision.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
