Senior Director, Revenue Operations
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Role Description
The Senior Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving the company’s end-to-end commercial operating system. This role ensures predictable revenue execution, disciplined pricing and deal governance, accurate forecasting, and scalable enablement across a complex software and services business serving the utility industry.
Revenue Operations acts as the operational spine of the commercial organization, enabling profitable growth while balancing speed, risk, and consistency across regions.
Scope of Responsibility
This role leads and integrates the following core functions:
The role partners closely with Regional General Managers, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Services to ensure deals are structured, approved, forecasted, and executed in alignment with company objectives, and that all elements of revenue are forecasted and planned.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $188,600.00 and $282,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
