Perform analytic sample testing in accordance with an international and the company standard for providing testing report of the plating bath samples to meet the customer requirements with the timely and accuracy. Analytic lab presentation and provide technical training for engineer and customer. 1. Sample received, review test parameters and create request in TCSP. 2. Carry out sample preparation, testing follow testing standard and result recording in TCSP. 3. Testing report preparation, review and release to engineer in TCSP. 4. Control checked samples storage in laboratory. 5. Analysis of SOP analysis and plan for testing quality assurance application. 6. Conduct new test method verification and method comparison. 7. Participate in Round Robin testing. 8. Plan and maintain laboratory equipment by conducting preventive maintenance and calibration. 9. Coordinate and control of new equipment installation and set-up test method. 10. Create PM/CAL program and maintain records in PM-TCSP. 11. Sample management to achieve sample processing time according to sampling plan and testing requirement from sales with accuracy. 12. Communication to immediate supervisor and engineer for any impact to testing information. 13. Data analysis, find cause of testing issues, define corrective actions and implementation. 14. Provide test method training for engineer and customer. 15. Analytic laboratory presentation for customer. 16. Participate in sales project. 17. Ensure all work responsibilities and laboratory operations align with company HSE’s requirements. 18. Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level”. 19. Follow chemical hygiene practice and 5S implementation in laboratory and workstation. 20. Lab waste classification and dispose control according to lab guideline. 21. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
