ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around: Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance.
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic SAP S/4HANA Business Expert to join this exciting time for the organisation. You will be responsible for managing business requirements and designing required process adaptions.
You will be required to have in-depth understanding of end-to-end processes and business requirements that specifically focus within an SAP environment. You must have excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills, that will enable you to navigate through the complexity and pace of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, like data cleansing
Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling, data cleansing, …)
Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes
Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)
Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training
