Intelligent Automation Analyst – Brampton, ON

In this role, you will be part of a team that is self-motivated and well-respected driving stability for the Intelligent Automation Team. As a full stack developer and operations person, you will be required to develop and oversee the daily operations of a mix of the 4 Automation/AI platforms. Ideally, you’ll be technology enthusiast – who can develop applications as well as provide operational governance and plan and deliver projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the existing automations to ensure stability by performing code reviews and enhancements. Ensure the solutions are documented

  • Identify and diagnose deficiencies related to systems, coding and infrastructure, and recommend creative solutions for mitigation

  • Participate in design and build of new features in collaboration with diverse business and technology teams (Infrastructure, Security, external partners)

  • Assist in deployment of new features, enhancements, defect fixes

  • Assist in various operational governance activities such as vulnerability management, configuration management

What you Bring:

  • Hands on experience with software engineering, computer science, or related technical field

  • Proven experience with the principles of ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Knowledge management

  • Blend of both Development and Operations mindset

  • Experience with low-code and no-code platforms (Power Platform, Blue Prism, Appian)

  • Experience with Python is an asset
