Candidate MUST live in Arkansas and be willing to travel within the state 75% of the time.

Position Purpose: Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the state wide marketing & communication programs

  • Conduct member outreach and education programs including coordination and creation of member materials
  • Assist in the design, review and revision of health-related materials distributed to members
  • Participate in community events and coordinate booth set up at sponsored events
  • Assist with presentations to community and members on benefits, services available, and health topics
  • Ensure the completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areas
  • Serve as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers, community events etc

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Health care experience preferred.

License/Certification: Valid driver's license.

Pay Range: $18.66 - $31.73 per hour
