Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms. You will engage with both remote and onsite support, addressing hardware and software challenges while adhering to defined operating models and processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining system integrity and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Design, build, and deploy scalable network infrastructures within GCP using services like VPC networks and related technologies. - Implement and maintain IAM policies, network security controls. - Monitor and analyze network performance to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization - Provide technical support for network-related issues, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis. - Implement and configure monitoring and alerting systems, such as GCP Cloud Monitoring. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Network Services. - Create and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures within the GCP environment. - Configure and manage core GCP networking services, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), subnets, routers, and Load Balancers. - Establish and maintain secure connectivity between on-premises networks and Google Cloud, using services like Cloud Interconnect and Cloud VPN. - Strong understanding of core networking protocols and concepts, like strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), DNS, and subnetting. - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security configurations. - Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools for performance analysis and alerting. - Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex network connectivity issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Cloud Network Services. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
