Job Summary
The Engineer 3, Network Engineering - Software Defined Networking (SD-WAN) is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting SD-WAN services for Comcast Business mid-market customers. This role serves as a technical escalation point for service assurance, change requests, and incident resolution, ensuring customer networks remain stable and operational. The engineer will work closely with internal operations teams, equipment vendors, and field resources to diagnose issues, resolve underlay circuit concerns, and coordinate hardware replacement activities when necessary.Job Description

Colorado Pay Range: $92,636.96 - $138,955.44This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $84,215.42 - $138,955.44Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
