  • Drive strategic system planning by researching and recommending the adoption of emerging systems trends and technologies to continuously enhance our MDM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, Finance) to establish and enforce system best practices, translating business needs into detailed, clear functional and technical documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior Business Systems Analysts on systems projects, acting as the subject matter expert to elevate the team's overall capability and knowledge base in data quality analysis and systems design.

  • Expertise in data integration within large enterprise systems, with proficient knowledge in Integration and Data technologies (e.g., REST, Open API, SQL), and hands-on experience with Data Profiling.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, using methods like workshops and interviews, to effectively translate complex business needs into clear and actionable system documentation.
