Overview: We're looking for a talented Product Manager to spearhead ZoomInfo’s new free offering, a strategic initiative for our company. This pivotal role involves crafting and overseeing the product roadmap, managing product development, and improving user experiences to drive new business growth and conversion. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, throughout the product development lifecycle to bring the product vision to life and ensure its success. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the enhancement and optimization of the ZoomInfo free offering.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception through go-to-market strategies and operational execution, in close collaboration with Design, Business Intelligence (BI), Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Work with a team of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-quality website experiences.
  • Leverage a broad spectrum of inputs and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive product strategy.
  • Take a hands-on approach in defining product features, crafting use cases, and generating comprehensive specifications.
  • Establish clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Effectively communicate project statuses within the product roadmap and development pipeline.
  • Utilize adoption metrics, usage data, and business outcomes to gauge the impact of product launches.
  • Engage with sales, marketing, and users directly to gather market insights through win/loss analyses, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in product management, particularly focused on product-led growth and freemium models
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience within a tech-focused environment.
  • Skilled in translating high-level strategies into actionable wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
  • Proficiency in setting strategic objectives and developing product roadmaps from concept to launch, supported by research, data analytics, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in employing A/B testing, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, with a keen eye for UX and design detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both with clients and within the organization.
  • High proficiency in English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing.
  • A quick learner who is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, and works well within a team setting.
