Principal Duties

  • Record assigned journal entries; tasks assigned as part of the monthly accounting close.
  • Record daily cash transactions with reconciliation to the corresponding bank statement.
  • Prepare month-end balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with corporate policy and procedure.
  • Researching reconciling items as required.
  • Participate in the preparation of financial footnotes or other financial reports.
  • Assist with projects, compliance, and other accounting functions as needed.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 0-3 years accounting experience.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements  

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, SQL and Workday a plus.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
