<title>About the role</title>

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with our Marketing, Expansion, PR and Product Teams and helping to expand lifecycle strategy by implementing email, in-app and push messaging campaigns to engage with our users.

This role is a good fit for someone with strong communication skills, analytical mindset and who has worked with lifecycle communications.

<title>Main Tasks & Responsbilites:</title>

• <point>Design and implement new lifecycle messaging campaigns for active, passive and churned users for assigned product</point>
• <point>With the help of Lifecycle Marketing team, co-manage over 6000 automated messages including the copy, visuals, and target audiences</point>
• <point>Work closely with local teams to localize communications’ content and visuals</point>
• <point>Set up and analyze communications A/B tests and make data-driven decisions based on the results</point>
• <point>Analyze existing communications and implement new messaging campaigns for active and churned users</point>

• <point>You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or a related field</point>
• <point>You have excellent English copywriting skills</point>
• <point>You bring strong project management skills</point>
• <point>You take a data-driven, customer-centric approach to tracking and analysing campaign performance</point>
• <point>You have experience managing lifecycle/email campaigns and communicating with large audiences</point>
• <point>You enjoy solving business problems by balancing technical and creative thinking, and experimenting with new approaches</point>
