Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming enquiries and complaints from customers
  • Perform order processing and other administrative support
  • Coordinate with different internal parties for smooth delivery operation arrangement
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1+ year customer service experience,
  • Proficient at using MS Office (Excel and Word) and experience in ERP is preferably
  • Positive Attitude, well organized and independent to work
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferrable
