Nurse Administrator- Women and Children's Health- Full Time

Join us, and foster passion for the hospital-wide mission Putting Patients First.  As Nurse Administrator, you will manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise.

This is a full time position, 12 hours per shift 7:00pm-9:00 am, 3 shifts per week; weekends and holidays may cover evenings and nights.

Preferred Criteria

  • Certification in specialty area
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Required Criteria

  • Three years of recent progressive leadership, management experience
  • Masters in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree.
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$140,000-$182,500/Annual
