What impact you’ll make:
As a member of the NAM Services ITR Finance team, you will be an active contributor to supporting North America Services commercial growth and profitability in partnership with sub-regional operating leadership.
What you’ll do
Partner with sub-regional operating leadership to drive financial accountability and insights that deliver profitable growth across orders/commits, gross margin and cash.
Deliver critical inputs for planning cycles including long-range forecasts (LRF) and annual budgeting.
Support Commercial pacing processes to ensure connectivity between ITO pipeline identification, progression and orders/commits outcomes that support North America as a whole. Also, work with ITR leadership to ensure clear and actionable margin and cash risks and opportunities (R&Os).
Actively participate in commercial underwriting processes by supporting key financial T&Cs with the ITO team, provide guidance on Finance imperatives as a subject matter expert and ensure strong compliance with Policy 5.0 Delegation of Authority (DOA) practices.
Create standard working rhythms with the ITR teams to identify, mature and close orders/commits ensuring delivery of financial targets.
Develop and sustain capability to analyze areas that can deliver growth in the Transactional (TX) fleet, build out enablers and work with regional leadership to drive alignment with the global business line team.
Support and implement standard rhythms to assess sub-regional outage populations, progression of cost estimates and actions to mitigate issues.
Ensure the creation of daily management rhythms that capture a 12-month outlook of actions that need to be addressed within the sub-region.
Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, support the creation of project deliverables in line with the Services Lean Roadmap and rigorously prioritize time and actions to enhance capabilities across the region.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
Minimum of 7 additional years of finance, accounting, or audit experience
Minimum of 2 years of finance leadership role
Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.)

You are a strong advocate for continuous improvement and can demonstrate how you can maintain financial rigor and partnership while simultaneously evolving processes that don’t just impact your sub-region but also serve both the North America region and Global Services.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $124,900.00 and $208,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
