Country Finance team is looking for Accounts Receivable and Treasury Manager with good communication and co-operation skills to strengthen our ability to provide professional support to divisions at present in Finland. The position is permanent, full-time and located in Tampere, Finland.

Your role

As AR and Treasury Manager, you are responsible for AR and local treasury activities and supervise a small team. You will lead and manage all accounts receivable and local treasury activities, including defining policy and controls according to Sandvik Group internal control and framework, establishing processes and procedures, resolving issues, monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable balances and creating reports to the business stakeholders. You are responsible for the collection activities. Hands on attitude is a must. You report to the Finance Manager of the legal entity.

Your background and what we find important

You possess a degree in economics and business administration and have experience in an international company in AR, treasury and accounting. You will work with the business stakeholders and your colleagues globally.  Experience within the mining and or construction industry and its business processes will be highly regarded. You feel comfortable to use and learn multiple finance and reporting systems. You are a team player and have team leading capability.

An experience of the system projects is seen as an advantage. You are highly organized and have problem-solving and partnering skills and the ability to resolve misunderstandings and errors. Working with continuous improvements is a natural part of your character. Good communication skills both in English and Finnish (native level) are required.

You are flexible, react well to change, and remain calm in the face of challenges. Good interpersonal skills, proactive and forward-looking mindset, an ability to prioritize as well as to keep deadlines despite a temporarily high workload are also essential.
