Job Description

Support the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives and the day-to-day operational rhythm of the CMO agenda. This role helps ensure that priorities across Brand, Performance, Product, and MarTech teams are clearly structured, well-coordinated, and progressing as expected.

The role operates close to marketing leadership, supporting executive presentations, leadership meetings, and follow-ups, while also coordinating ongoing marketing initiatives across teams. This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone with broad marketing experience who enjoys connecting teams, bringing structure to complex initiatives, and turning direction into action.

Key Responsibilities

CMO Agenda & Executive Support

  • Support the preparation and coordination of materials for the CMO’s key forums, including leadership meetings, QBRs, and internal executive presentations.
  • Consolidate inputs from Brand, Performance, Product, and Data teams into clear, well-structured presentation drafts.
  • Track agenda topics, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure actions are captured and moved forward.
  • Maintain clarity and consistency across recurring executive materials (initiative summaries, roadmap views, status updates).

Marketing Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives across Brand, Performance, Product, and MarTech teams.
  • Translate high-level objectives into simple execution plans, milestones, and next steps.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain momentum and surface risks or dependencies early.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Act as a connector across marketing teams, helping align workstreams and clarify ownership.
  • Prepare concise updates that highlight progress, risks, and upcoming decisions for leadership.
  • Support cross-team discussions to resolve sequencing, prioritization, or resource constraints.

Performance Tracking & Insights Support

  • Consolidate performance inputs from campaigns, experiments, and initiatives into structured updates.
  • Help translate results into clear business-oriented takeaways (what happened, why it matters, what’s next).
  • Ensure consistency in how initiatives and outcomes are tracked over time.

Process & Ways-of-Working Enablement

  • Support lightweight processes for initiative intake, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Improve visibility into what is in flight across marketing without introducing heavy governance.
  • Continuously refine templates, trackers, and routines that support execution and leadership visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, program management, or cross-functional project coordination.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and preparing leadership-level materials.

Marketing Knowledge

  • Broad understanding of Brand, Performance, Product Marketing, and MarTech.
  • Comfortable working with campaign results, timelines, and execution dependencies.

Executive Communication

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to synthesize inputs into clear executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to structure information clearly and concisely for senior audiences.

Execution & Organization

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in parallel.

Soft Skills

  • Comfortable operating close to senior leadership while remaining execution focused.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate without formal authority.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience working with analytics, data, or MarTech teams.
  • Exposure to experimentation, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with project or work-tracking tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Notion, etc.).
