Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our APAC Sales Team, preferably based in Sydney. As an individual contributor,  you will be highly skilled at engaging new prospects and understanding their needs. You will be instrumental at articulating our value proposition to key decision-makers and securing new clients. Your approach will prioritize integrity and customer-centricity, focusing on the mid-market and enterprise customer segments.

We are looking for a candidate that can work a hybrid schedule and be in our Sydney, Australia office 1-2 days a week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed established sales goals while cultivating a robust revenue stream within your assigned region.
  • Conduct thorough customer discovery calls to understand pain points and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and drive successful business closures.
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasting.
  • Develop comprehensive quarterly business plans, including performance analysis, key accounts, and strategies for sustained growth.
  • Deliver compelling presentations customized to prospect needs, showcasing our competitive differentiation.
  • Stay updated on affiliate and performance marketing trends, articulating industry insights and key players.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in closing medium to large technology or service deals by building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for continuous learning, adaptability in navigating challenges, and a drive for career advancement.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), sales intelligence (IQ), and strong business acumen.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels.
