Job Description

Asset Management Professional

Location: San Luis Potosi

Modality: on-site

Serves as a primary contact for Rockwell Automation’s customers. They are focused on improving customer relationships by resolving commercial and technical issues. Supports pre-sales and post sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives with questions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. May serve as the customer contact on technical and service related questions. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.

Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

Position Summary
 

  • Assisting customers, on Asset Management strategies.
  • Administers repairs, inventories, maintenance strategies, through Asset Management strategies, delivering savings to customers and Rockwell with additional business
  • Analyze customer data to improve KPIs 
  • In charge of implementing the techniques of Asset Management Professional to produce customer benefits and AMR business.
  • Provide customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting and service of complex equipments
  • Promote AMR transactional services with target customers.

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree. Electronics, mechatronics, automation, or robotics Engineering
  • Technical experience with Rockwell Automation Products Required (VFDs, HMIs and Logix Processors)
  • PLC programming utilizing RSLogix 5, 500,5000, FactoryTalk Studio software.
  • VFD PowerFlex programming utilizing Connected Components Workbench, Studio 5000.
  • HMI application development utilizing RSView32, RSView ME/SE FactoryTalk View SE/ME software.
  • Experience with EtherNet networking and EtherNet Switch configuration
  • Domain of English Languaje (Spoke, read, and write)
  • Schedule Availability

  • Knowledge on Lean projects, Six Sigma, productivity projects (Nice to have)
