Job Title: Frame Table- Assembler

Location: Duracraft Solutions

Department: Production / Assembly

Reports To: Area Coordinator of Production

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Frame Table Operator to assemble cabinet and furniture frames using a frame table or case clamp system. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking or cabinetry and be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently to meet production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a frame table or case clamp to assemble cabinet or furniture frames.

Position panels, rails, stiles, and other components according to shop drawings or work orders.

Ensure square, flush, and properly aligned joints before clamping and gluing.

Apply wood glue and mechanical fasteners (nails, staples, screws) as needed.

Inspect assembled frames for gaps, misalignments, or defects and make adjustments as necessary.

Maintain frame table equipment and ensure it is clean and in good working order.

Communicate with other team members (cutting, dowel, or edge banding departments) to coordinate assembly flow.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in woodworking a plus.

1+ year experience in cabinet or furniture assembly preferred.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and work orders.

Skilled with measuring tools (tape measure, square, calipers) and power tools.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with pneumatic case clamps, frame assembly stations, or custom fixture tables.

Familiarity with wood materials including MDF, particle board, and laminate.

Knowledge of glue curing and clamping best practices.
