Provides second level of support for specific products and technology components.Coordinating problem resolution with third parties.Overseeing daily operations of representatives who handle customer accounts.Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.Utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members within the department.

Job Description

•Responsible for application upgrade planning/ execution
•Ability to work comfortably in a Linux environment.
•Ability to write scripts and programs to automate tasks and processes.
•Ability to program and write scripts and code.
•Individual contributor that designs, tests, debugs, and maintains the applications.
•Performs a variety of duties and tasks including set up, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications.
•Solves fairly complex user inquiries that may arise during day-to-day operations.
•Performs assignments minimal direction and supervision.
•Good communication skills and motivated individual contributor.
•All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Mastery of SQL Server

Development in .NET and C#

ERP Management

Creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI

Development of interfaces between systems

Development of automations with Power Automate

Knowledge in infrastructure and security
