As Sr. Strategic Logistics IT Advisor, you’ll will oversee the development, execution, and governance of the Security Forces Enterprise Plan, ensuring alignment with Department of the Air Force (DAF) priorities. The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning efforts, facilitate governance processes, and manage key Security Forces initiatives focused on reconstituting, recapitalizing, and refocusing the career field.

What you’ll do:

  • You will drive strategic planning and governance efforts for the Security Forces enterprise, ensuring seamless execution and tracking of enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • You will develop and manage workflows, reporting structures, and data systems to support strategy execution while leading engagements with senior stakeholders, including General Officers and Senior Executive Service officials.
  • You will manage tasking updates, facilitate bi-weekly strategy briefings, and coordinate with internal and external Offices of Primary Responsibility to ensure effective program execution and alignment with Air Force priorities.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Top-Secret security clearance
  • 10+ years’ experience required supporting DoD Headquarters level strategic planning and governance.
  • 3+ years’ experience required developing Security Forces strategy program workflows, reporting time-line, data management, data storage program, and program tracking dashboards for AF/A4S enterprise-wide strategies in alignment with DAF priorities.
  • Experience required supporting program management of Security Forces strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience supporting internal and external Offices of Primary Responsibility on behalf of AF/A4S, managing requests for task updates and closures, including preparing and conducting bi-weekly briefings to Senior Executive Service officials and General Officers.
