Mission
CRM Salesforce support and maintenance related :
Support and assistance for incidents raised by Sales & Marketing & Customer Service Key users with respect to Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the Maintenance Applicative and Evolutive (MAE) Department.
Support CRM Team to manage and realize different steps of Salesforce changes (design, build, tests preparation and validation, put in production) with respect to MAE standard rules in terms of change management, developments norms, documentation policy.
Participate in technical specifications and documentation for evolution requests.
Produce a weekly report for refreshing progress to Support Technical and CRM Manager
Backup the MAE team respectively in the Sales & Marketing & Customer Service domain
Warranty the good usage of Salesforce Standard Process
Manage Salesforce periodic operations (example : Data backup, Data cleaning, Global operational maintenance.
Responsibilities
Under the functional responsibility of the IS CRM Domain Manager:
He/She is in charge to manage of requests (incident and light evolutions) linked to her core system components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot)
He/she ensures operational support to the Sales & Marketing key users in the VS divisions .
Participate to the developpement (APEX knowledge required)
Realize / Manage development with CRM team, organize tests phases and production system changes He/she contributes to guarantee the good usage of Salesforce. Provides training to the users to help them using the CRM tool in a continuous improvement mindset
Give insights and proposals for evolution of the application based on new features proposed by the editor or by users experience/feedbacks
He/she takes care of all the work requests related to the CRM application. He provides technical and functional support to the internal customers. She/He writes the functional and technical specifications of the evolution requests; realizes / coordinates the development work, organizes the phases of test and production. He is the guarantor of the functional and technical coherence of the tool with the support of Valeo Service CRM Team.
He/she will be the guarantor for CRM application of data governance in terms of data quality, data management, data policy management, business process management and risk management with a methodology that ensures important data assets are formally managed throughout an enterprise.

What education and education level are necessary for the position?
Required: Bachelor degree and/or Master degree in computer science or Management of information systems.
Salesforce Administration Certification (Min ADM201 - Ideally ADX201)
How many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position?
+3 years progressive experience in the administration and support of Salesforce,. knowledge and experience with IT standards (Network, Hardware) is necessary.. English mandatory, French optional.
Any other Salesforce certification will be appreciated (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
