Summary: As a D365 Functional Consultant you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to develop and present business cases effectively. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required. SCM Business Analyst Deep knowledge of D365 SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Work Order Management..). Strong business process mapping (BPMN, gap analysis, requirement gathering). Experience in UAT, training, and documentation for SCM solutions. Understanding of SCM integrations (Finance, Sales, third-party systems). Expertise in configuring D365 SCM (WMS, MRP, PIM, vendor/customer portals). Ability to design and optimize supply chain workflows. Knowledge of D365 security roles, workflows, and reporting. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant (preferred).
