As a Junior Account Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our commercial team, building strong customer relationships, and helping drive growth across our retail and food industry partners. Responsibilities

As a Junior Account Manager, you will support Senior Account Managers in managing customer accounts and executing commercial strategies. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service, smooth operations, and sustainable business growth.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management of customer relationships and day-to-day account activities.
  • Preparing customer meetings, seasonal reviews, business presentations, and performance reports.
  • Analyzing sales and customer data to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional mid- and long-term demand planning processes to ensure business continuity, support strategic account development and growth, and align execution with the company’s pricing strategy
  • Monitoring sales performance and assisting with revenue growth initiatives.
  • Coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Business Management, Marketing, and Planning teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate information in systems such as Salesforce, DAX, and Oracle
  • Supporting account planning and commercial projects.
  • Monitoring market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities within the fresh produce sector.

   

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded professional who enjoys working with customers, data, and cross-functional teams.


You bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Economics, Agriculture, Food Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, commercial support, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, food, or agriculture is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Interest in agriculture or fresh produce 
  • Negotiation skills 
  • A profile that value and cultivate precision, reliability and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset and a customer-focused attitude.
  • The flexibility to work from our Breda office at least four days per week.
  • A valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally within Europe .
