Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features of software systems, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend processes. The role requires delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges through cutting-edge technologies is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong experience in developing end-to-end solutions using cloud technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in integrating user experience considerations into full stack development.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
