The Project Management Professional – Project Staff is responsible for delivering assigned projects, managing contribution margin, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination of activities, resources, and stakeholders.

As a Lead Project Management Specialist - Project Staff, you will be responsible for:
 

• Working closely with the the Lead Project Management team to identify issues and demands arising in ITO, map gaps, and collaborate with the ITO team to mitigate them.
• Analyzing proposal T&Cs to ensure alignment with applicable Baker Hughes policies and procedures.
• Supporting the ITO and Sourcing teams during the Proposal phase in building the budget and clarifying any assumptions and constraints.
• Defining feasible strategies for project execution according to what was outlined during the Proposal phase.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have 1-3 years of experience in project management.
• Have fluent English proficiency.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized university.
