About the role
We are seeking for motivated and ambitious people, willing to acquire new technical skills and gain experience in the IT field. The Junior Technical Support Engineer will be part of our Mainframe team in Bulgaria. But don’t worry, we offer comprehensive training in Mainframe technology, so no previous experience is required.

Daily challenges

  • You will be supporting our customer’s infrastructure which is based on the Mainframe technologies, working on site from Sofia

  • You will be identifying and solving technical problems to help our customers

eXperience & skills required

Our key requirements are: 

  • Excellent English Language

  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team

  • General IT knowledge

  • Willingness to work on shifts


These will be considered as a BIG аdvantage:

  • Previous IT Experience

  • Interested in gaining knowledge in Mainframe technology and the main components of the z/OS architecture
