Job Description Summary:

This transformational leader will be responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Service Center (PSC). They will be responsible for coordinating functions of this high volume cost center as well as be responsible for managerial functions, including hiring, performance management, coaching and budgeting.
They must promote and practice effective communication and will be responsible for creating an optimal patient experience by managing all tasks related to the call center. They interact with internal/external customers as a resource for information and problem-solving. They report to the Director of the PSC.
Planned hours of operation are between 7:00A - 5:30P, Monday thru Friday.
Primary Location - Blom Administrative Campus 3430 OhioHealth Pkwy Columbus Ohio 43202.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor of science in Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university; or one to two years related Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of.  Contact Center management experience strongly preferred
