Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Senior Merchandising Manager - Global Pricing, you will act as a driving force behind Arc’teryx’s Global Pricing Project – a cross-functional, executive-sponsored initiative to evolve how we set, govern, and execute pricing across our franchises, channels, and regions. Reporting to the SVP, Regional Merchandising, you help keep this high-stakes program on track, turning complex commercial questions into clear, well-supported recommendations that leadership can act on with confidence.

This role owns the execution and ongoing discipline focused on tracking, governance, and establishing the guidelines that keep pricing consistent over time. You help manage key gates and deliverables, coordinate work across multiple workstreams and teams, and prepare content for the steering committee and other key forums. You combine sharp analytical and critical-thinking skills with the program-management discipline to keep a complex, cross-functional initiative on track and well-governed.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Regional Merchandising team is responsible for delivering regional, seasonal product assortments that support the overall global product direction and regional business achievement. In partnership with the Product Line Management (PLM) team, Merchants drive company sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals, in both our wholesale and vertical channels. This team translates market and consumer insights into actionable product strategies, ensuring both global consistency and regional relevance.

Global pricing is a priority initiative within the function, bringing together cross-functional teams across the business to set a consistent, defensible global pricing strategy. We translate complex, ambiguous commercial problems into clear frameworks, data-driven recommendations, and executive decisions – connecting pricing to margin, volume, and brand positioning. This is a new role that will enable our global pricing initiatives to mature into a function centered on tracking, governance, guidelines, and continuous refinement.
