Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving application-related problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to end-users. With your expertise in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our applications and ensure a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems. - Provide technical support to end-users. - Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Document and maintain technical documentation for applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the implementation of new applications and upgrades. - Ensure the smooth operation of applications and minimize downtime. - Conduct root cause analysis for application failures. - Implement preventive measures to avoid future issues. - Train end-users on application usage and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies. - Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Ability to analyze and interpret application logs and performance metrics. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
