Leads and executes complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business outcomes. This role oversees program lifecycle activities including planning, execution, performance evaluation, and stakeholder alignment. The position partners closely with senior leadership to deliver measurable results, resolve critical issues, and continuously improve processes that enhance service, operational effectiveness, and customer impact.

What you'll do...
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs, ensuring milestone achievement, risk mitigation, and delivery of high-level outcomes.
- Analyze projections, KPIs, ROI, and trend data to evaluate program performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, gap analyses, and business case development to support executive decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, escalate critical issues, and deliver performance updates to senior leadership.
- Supervise, develop, and mentor associates while fostering accountability and operational discipline.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
