The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
A VIE for Finance S&S Business controlling analyst) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters / Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) / Name of the Subsidiary) in (Location). You will join Airbus SAS.
Reporting to the Head of S&S Business Controlling, the VIE AHI Finance S&S Business Controlling Analyst will be a key member of the Airbus Helicopters Inc. Finance team in Grand Prairie, TX. This dynamic and organized professional will support the increasing demands of the Airbus Helicopters North America Support & Services Business Controlling department.
You will play a vital role in providing financial data, supporting performance management, and optimizing financial reporting tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the team.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Perform detailed financial data analysis and reporting for Support & Services activities.
Conduct in-depth cost and trend analysis, including PBH (Part per Hour) coverage costs.
Analyze repair costs per component and equipment (unit cost).
Support contract reviews with customers, ensuring compliance with Airbus accounting requirements.
Investigate and analyze maintenance costs and reliability.
Business & Project Support:
Provide dedicated support to business controllers and partners for financial performance management.
Assist in the implementation of business controlling projects, such as lean manufacturing and industrial engineering initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Support the LEAP project, which focuses on optimizing helicopter maintenance costs.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and propose optimization ideas.
Digital Transformation & Process Improvement:
Champion the implementation of new AI tools, Google Suite applications, and other digital transformation initiatives.
Support the business in finding innovative solutions to enhance internal efficiency and performance.
Propose new ideas and strive for continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a financial or engineering role, particularly within an Airbus or Airbus Helicopters organization, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous work ethic.
Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.

Il offre aux jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle rémunérée et enrichissante à l'étranger, dans une fonction technique ou commerciale.
Le VIE est un contrat spécifique, soumis aux critères d'éligibilité de Business France.
Principales conditions requises :
Être citoyen de l'Union européenne (y compris les ressortissants de Norvège, d'Islande, du Liechtenstein et de Monaco), diplômé et âgé de 28 ans ou moins (une mission VIE peut débuter au plus tard le jour du 29e anniversaire) ; avoir accompli son service militaire, le cas échéant ; être inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant l'âge de 28 ans.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion S&S, l'analyste en contrôle de gestion (VIE Finance AHI) sera un membre clé de l'équipe Finance d'Airbus Helicopters Inc. à Grand Prairie, au Texas. Ce professionnel dynamique et organisé contribuera à répondre aux besoins croissants du département Contrôle de Gestion des Activités Support & Services d'Airbus Helicopters Amérique du Nord.
Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la fourniture de données financières, le soutien à la gestion de la performance et l'optimisation des outils de reporting financier afin de favoriser l'efficacité et l'innovation au sein de l'équipe.
