Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Regional Account Manager to join our team in the Greater Houston Area. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to grow your assigned accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with them, developing and delivering training curriculum, and supporting new growth initiatives. Additionally, you will equip sales staff with the knowledge to maximize attach rates through effective training, marketing, and incentive strategies across all sales channels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels from frontline to leadership.

  • Serve as the primary contact between Likewize and the client in their respective territory.

  • Design and implement training, marketing, and incentive strategies at site locations.

  • Analyze data to provide insights and manage the business proactively, aimed at helping stakeholders grow their business.

  • In partnership with stakeholders, develop retail and category segmentation strategies for growth.

  • Execute field functions to grow the business and support new initiatives.

  • Travel to partner locations to execute plans.

  • Build and deliver impactful sales and training presentations for 1:1 and group settings

  • Report and educate on the impact of sales campaigns; make recommendations on future campaigns leveraging best practices from across the organization.

  • Track and report the impact of sales coaching events.

  • Conduct regular performance updates with stakeholders.

  • Assist client with resolution to service issues if necessary.

  • Achieve growth metrics assigned by leadership.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.

  • Proven experience in sales optimization or enablement in B2B or B2C environments.

  • Strong knowledge of the tech protection and support industry.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to use data and insights to drive sales performance.

  • Proficiency with CRM, sales automation, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work with stakeholders from C-level to front-line employees.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under stress and tight timelines.

  • Degree in business, marketing, or relevant work experience.
