Summary of This Role
Builds and maintains the overall product roadmap for the assigned portfolio; ensures it is completely aligned with the business strategy. Develops plans based on defined product strategies and determine overall marketplace engagement approaches for the assigned portfolio. Owns market analysis of competitors, partner ecosystem management, product analysis, and researching new business models. Participates in evaluating and managing new business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures.
What Part Will You Play?
- Synthesizes market research into actionable insights to support the overall planning, analysis, formulation and implementation of go-forward product roadmaps.
- Defines and evaluates new product and service requirements or specifications. Ensures that all product and feature development is clearly communicated and documented.
- Participates in defining the future direction of existing product portfolio to fulfill financial objectives across medium to long-range strategic plans.
- Develops scalable processes that prioritize the product roadmap to align with business objectives. Leads efforts related to product development, implementation and competitive differentiation.
- Identifies organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and provides necessary analyses to evaluate build/buy/partner decisions.
- Builds consensus with key internal stakeholders and external business partners and payments ecosystems players on product vision and strategy. Contributes to the development of pricing and go-to-market strategies.
- Manages the execution of the product roadmap. Ensures product releases are on time and budget and meet internal and external customer needs.
- Defines, evaluates and monitors metrics to ensure business and product success. Works with cross-functional teams to continuously align and improve processes that provide visibility and alignment across the enterprise.
- Maintains up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape to recommend the best products and services that meet users' needs. Translates customer, market and competitive trends into business, product and brand innovations.
- Leads annual product reviews and recommends enhancements to products and potential sunset when applicable based on market developments.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience
- Experience in Product Management or Corporate Strategy. Experience with Agile methodologies such as User Centered Design, Lean Startup, XP, or Scrum preferred
