As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration, and overseeing the technical aspects of application development to drive project success and innovation within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project workflows and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing and optimizing data analytics platforms to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
