As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role Software Developer – Microsoft Power Platform/Uipath requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices for efficient delivery and deployment.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
- Work within Agile teams, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies with Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and API-based integrations with Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within the Microsoft Power Apps environment.
- Familiarity with custom connector development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Uipath.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build and manage Power Automate Desktop flows to streamline and automate business processes.
- Work with Dataverse, standard connectors, and API integrations develop custom connectors as needed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
