Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Consultant to join our Oracle practice at the Senior Software Engineer level. The role involves the design, development, testing, and support of Fast Formulas across various HCM modules such as Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Eligibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and a deep understanding of business rules implementation through Fast Formula. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and test Fast Formulas for Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as: o Absence Management o Payroll o Benefits o Eligibility Profiles • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into efficient Fast Formula logic. • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business rules and validate formula outcomes. • Perform unit testing and support UAT by resolving formula-related issues. • Optimize and debug existing formulas as per change requests or performance considerations. • Work with HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, and BIP Reports as required for technical configurations. • Document solution designs, test scenarios, and outcomes. • Adhere to project delivery timelines and Accenture quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Fast Formulas. • Strong understanding of the HCM Cloud data model and structure. • Experience working with: o Absence, Payroll, and Benefits modules o HCM Data Loader (HDL) o HCM Extracts • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Logical expressions, and Formula debugging techniques. • Good understanding of functional flows and business rules in Oracle HCM. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment. • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or OTBI. • Understanding of HCM Security and Role configurations. • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (technical track). • Experience in Agile delivery methodology. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
