This role is in the Finance organization as part of the Capital Transformation QMMF team in Treasury Transformation. The Capital Transformation QMMF team is responsible for implementing transformational changes around the end-to-end integrated forecasting processes.
This person will be a vital member of Citi’s Capital Transformation QMMF team, ensuring initiatives are executed in an efficient, effective, and controlled manner while facilitating communication across the different stakeholders involved. They will work on initiatives that will provide a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of many key facets of Citi’s integrated planning process.
The SR. Lead will oversee execution of regulatory commitments, status reporting & resource coordination, and project planning & dependency management of the Workstreams and projects. They will collaborate with the broader Treasury Transformation team ensuring seamless project planning and execution and cohesively maximize the impact of the organization’s transformation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day ownership of the Project Management book of work for QMMF process deliverables.
  • Lead execution of the CCAR/QMMF Process documentation and development of the CCAR/QMMF process maps partnering with the Forecasting Workstreams across Finance and Risk.
  • Support project management leads in their day-to-day ownership and success of the program delivery.
  • Ensure Program adherence to all TPO/FTO standards while identifying and managing Risks, Dependencies and Issues impacting successful delivery of the Program.
  • Lead status reporting for the respective project and informational updates to Program Leads and stakeholders.
  • Develop/analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of QMMF deliverables, and present findings and recommendations to Project Lead
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and promptly escalate and support the identification of a remediation action
  • Collaborate with other project managers and SMEs to promote an environment conducive to information exchange.
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry, regulatory, and capital planning
  • Build and maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external auditors, regulators, and key contacts within multiple areas across Citi

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Drive change management / continuous improvement initiatives and ability to be a self-starter to execute complex projects
  • Experience with Financial Planning / Forecasting / CCAR 
  • Experience in leading organizational change initiatives or transformation.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and the ability to analyze large data sets, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues.
  • A collaborator who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contribute.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate with others across functions and creative thinker able to navigate through organizational complexities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
