Red Hat's Core Business Platforms team is seeking an experienced Marketo platform system analyst with the ability to think creatively using technology to solve business challenges. As a system analyst  you will be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs and maintaining technical infrastructure alongside your team.

This role will be part of the Marketing Technology team and will manage the health and evolution of Red Hat’s core marketing automation platforms to support the needs of our Digital Marketing teams.

What will you do

  • Work within the MarTech Stack to customize applications to fit business needs including managing the technical aspects of  Marketo within an Adobe technical stack  and other key marketing systems

  • Listen to stakeholders to provide input towards a multi-year roadmap, and a prioritized backlog of work, in order to continuously improve our marketing systems with both vendors and internal teams

  • Lead efficient meetings, explain data and technical details to non-technical audiences, and balance collaboration with getting-things-done

  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including, but not limited to: user stories, data-flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, user guides, test cases, and blog posts

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, identify gaps and translate that information into automated solutions within Marketo

What will you bring

  • 5+ years of work experience and a BA/BS in a related field

  • Advanced understanding of Adobe marketing technology including Marketo and integrating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other marketing technologies

  • Stakeholder focus, with the ability to deliver and manage multiple priority projects with high satisfaction rates in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to think systematically and effectively when navigating ambiguously defined business problems

  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel, SQL or custom scripts) and some experience with advanced reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Dataroma, Tableau)

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Relationship building with a persistent and enthusiastic customer service mentality

  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and continuously evolving role

  • Ability to lead strategic and operational conversations to address evolving business requirements across global stakeholders

The following are considered a plus

  • Hands on experience working within other technology within Adobe Experience Cloud

  • Experience integrating Marketing data with Salesforce

  • Understanding of Workato recipes and/ or lo code/ no code automation
