The primary purpose of the Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations Analyst is to work closely with our corporate development and investor relations team through involvement in all faucets of Integer’s long-term organic and inorganic growth strategy. This role will play an essential role in the identification and subsequent acquisition of potential targets, analyze market trends and financial data, and identify potential areas of growth and recommend strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. The role will also play a role in the investor relations function by capturing analyst, customer and competitor data, interacting with Integer’s sell-side equity analysts, preparing investor materials, and assisting in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Support senior executives in identification, evaluation, and completion of potential strategic acquisitions or other partnerships
Conduct a wide range of business case / deal scenario modeling and analysis in support of deal negotiations
Take an active role in the advancement of potential M&A targets; Collaborate to generate creative solutions to prospective targets.
Lead functional diligence teams composed of both internal stakeholders and 3rd party advisors in acquisition diligence execution
Prepare documentation and investment presentation materials to Executive leaders.
Help to drive competitive intelligence efforts, including competitive earnings call/investor summaries and other medical device industry reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout ITGR to collect, synthesize, and disseminate relevant insights and trends
Support the execution of organic strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Track and maintain details regarding sell-side analyst coverage, estimates, ratings, reports, models, and other relevant data
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor relations materials, including earnings Q&A documents, conference and roadshow materials, and other investor materials
Monitor, analyze and summarize investment reports, market trends, financial reports and community research and their peers; Participate in special competitive intelligence projects as needed

Education & Experience:
Minimum Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent from a competitive program. MBA preferred.
Minimum Experience: up to 7 years relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, consulting, venture capital, corporate development, or other relevant finance roles

Experience in an investment banking, corporate development, consulting, or venture capital role involving strategic, financial, and market valuation of companies, products or technologies required
Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint required; demonstrated experience in creating advanced valuation / financial models from raw data / from scratch and synthesizing analysis into succinct presentation materials for executive-level stakeholders
Experience in sell-side or buy-side M&A processes from start to finish highly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail; “every number matters” mentality
Must not be afraid to speak one’s mind and challenge the status quo, but capable of understanding how to navigate internal decision-making
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues and potential resolutions in a timely manner to customers and internal stakeholders.

Experience in Medical Devices or other Healthcare-related industry preferred but not required
Must be able to handle multiple past faced projects at once and learn quickly
