Responsibilities Include:

1.Define and align account strategy, develop account plan, communicate explicitly the account strategy and plan within Lumentum organizations including upper management and all related functional groups, and execute the plan
2.Build and strengthen a deep business relationship with customer’s operational layer to Top Executive layer including Chairman and CEO
3.Effectively work with multiple levels within Lumentum and the account to drive all aspects of business activities to meet/exceed customer satisfaction
4.Manage all account activities including but not limited to specification reviews, quotation reviews, monitoring delivery and quality performance, design win/design in efforts, effective translation between customer and internal team with solution/result oriented and time manner
5.Meet and or exceed annual design win / design in objectives
6.Identify and drive new product/revenue opportunities within the Account; communicate Account product support requirements to Lumentum Senior Management and appropriate Platform personnel to develop new revenue opportunities as well as support current business and products
7.Drive closure on agreements, on pricing and non-standard terms
8.Drive account and Lumentum technology/product roadmap alignment efforts
9.Escalate appropriately and facilitate escalations within the customer organization and within Lumentum to support the Account and Lumentum business
10.Timely and accurate reporting of sales information including but not limited to account update, market trend, and competitor movement
11.Monthly forecasting and GAP analysis reporting
12.In time and on time update forecasting and align with the account, Lumentum management, PLM, and Ops for capacity and delivery planning
13.Update quarterly account/business plan
14.Establish periodical/regular call between customer and internal team, Pre meeting set up between Sales and Internal team for any customer involved meeting and/or internal alignment

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.Good team worker with good personality, professional mind, having full respect to the others company internally / externally
2.Strong leadership. Accountable with strong passion to accomplish his roles and achieve the targets by working with team members.
3.Tackling with issue proactively and lead the team to fix it with new ideas or proposals. 
4.Super crystal transparent in communication internally.
5.Having sense of urgency to tackle with the issues/topic. 
6.Having a passion to learn new things such as Products, Technology, Application and Market related to Optical, Lasers and Emission.
7.Having comprehensive view (“ Bird Eyes”).
8.Sufficient English language communication skill.
9.Good in strategy planning and its execution.
10.Proactive and Self-initiator with On-hands mentality by handling Day-to-Day operational topics. (eg: forecast, P/O management, management meeting setup etc..)
11.Having Technical background of Optical Emission. eg) VCSEL ( Vertical Cavity Surface Emittion Laser) and/or HPL (High Power Laser). Ideally knowing Industrial Machinery/Cutting market and/or Semiconductor market.
12.Understands well a typical and unique business way of Japan local legacy type of customers including Distributors.
13.> 15 years Sales and Marketing experience.
14.> 10 years experience in people management experience with more than 3 direct report managements. 
15.> 10 years experience in working in Foreign capital company in Japan sales branch office and doing business with Japan local OEM type of customers.
