• (Casual Hire) will be responsible for handling post-event/campai monitoring of leads generated from the client engagement activities of the unit. He/she will be expected to create a consolidated database in Excel, maintain and update as required, based on the status of the lead as reported by the advisors. He/she is also required to do follow-ups through phone calls, SMS and/or email communications to solicit feedback from the advisors. Other administrative duties may also be assigned from time to time, and possibly require the hire to attend offsite events in support of his/her function in leads management.

• Responsible in maintaining updated database of leads collected from different lead sources. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updating the engaged advisor list database for each client segment 
•  Provide assistance in the Advisor Pool of Marketing Pool to ensure proper distribution of leads, follow-up, monitoring and conversion tracking.
• Provide assistance in execution of marketing events/ activities and distribution of Segment Marketing colalterals and prizes for segment campaigns
