PURPOSE AND SCOPE
To sell all Rite-Hite products and various Allied Equipment to both existing industrial and new construction markets within an assigned geographic territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
This position reports to the District Sales Manager and is responsible for developing the assigned territory in terms of market penetration, sales volume and profitability by promoting the professional services and quality products sold by the District Office and developing long-term customer relationships.
The three (3) major customer types and activities are as follows:
Architects/Developers
General Contractors
End-Users
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 52 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in Washington.
