About the Role
Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

• Attending to incidents and change requests (moderate and high complexity).
• Responsible for communicating with users to understand, log, categorize and
• Develop and maintain development documentation (Functional and Technical Specifications) and other relevant documentation as necessary (for example, new connector or customized connector) to ensure development work and compliance to Change Governance and Information Security.
• Develop changes related to incidents & change requests to production system.
• The resolution time of incidents and change requests should meet agreed SLA based on their priority.
• Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced PPCoE colleagues including contract PPCoE developers.
• As needed, perform code reviews, exercise regression testing, and conduct user-acceptance testing.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree Information Technology/Systems, or Engineering or Business related degree majoring in computing systems
More than 3 years of Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate/Flow and Power BI.
Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
Knowledge of Flow licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Flow.
Developing Azure logic apps Developing Azure functions Providing Power BI development and support.
Good understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources by API and rest services integrations.
Good working knowledge on .Net, C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Experience with Sharepoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, SQL and workflow creation.
Experience with DataVerse (CDS) as well as SQL and RDMS technologies will be advantageous.
Experience with Azure DevOps will be advantageous.
Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills
Able to communicate well in English
Able to write clearly and work within deadlines
Able to work extended hours when necessary
Possess personal attributes such as hard working attitude, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative
Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude
MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint, Access, Visio) skills
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure will be advantageous.
