  • Ensure delivery discipline: Own plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring execution within scope, capacity, and regulatory constraints
  • Drive coordinated execution across multiple parallel initiatives, managing trade-offs and interdependencies to deliver integrated outcomes
  • Manage risk and complexity: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and interdependencies, ensuring transparency to senior stakeholders
  • Engage senior stakeholders: Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing clear reporting, governance, and decision support
  • Drive adoption and value realization: Ensure new capabilities are embedded and adopted, delivering sustained organisational impact
  • Drive continuous improvement and PM excellence
Contribute to strengthening PMO standards, tools, and ways of working

We are looking for an ambitious, structured, and impact-driven leader who is motivated by solving complex challenges and delivering tangible business outcomes.

  • You bring: 8–10+ years of experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes with enterprise-wide impact
  • A strong track record within financial services and/or complex technology environments
  • Proven ability to translate strategic direction into concrete execution and measurable results
  • Extensive experience working in cross-functional, international organisations
  • Solid expertise in programme governance, risk management, and structured delivery frameworks (e.g. PMI, Agile, or hybrid models)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership
  • A highly structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset, combined with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities
