Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the enterprise network operations and provide necessary support to maintain service levels and resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain the enterprise network operations to ensure smooth functioning. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to network operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in network operations. - Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Document and maintain accurate records of network operations activities. - Assist in the development and implementation of network security measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based network infrastructure. - Familiarity with network automation and scripting. - Understanding of virtualization technologies. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
