Shop/Plant Operations

We are seeking a Shop/Plant Operations. The Shopfloor Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling & testing products, and ensuring smooth production processes on the shop floor. This role involves maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Shop/Plant Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Should coordinate with customers & 3rd parties during inspections
• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform assembly, testing, packaging, and material handling tasks as required.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with 5S principles.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalate major problems to maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Fuel your passion

• ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical engineering/ Electrical engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machines.
• Understanding safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
