• -自動化による最適なオペレーションを検討し常にBKM(Best Known Methode)を目指す
• -Central・サイト間のアライメント(BKM sharing, Fast Follow 等)を実施し、Micron全体の近代化に貢献する
• -監査の対応

【必須要件】

• ​倉庫自動化のProject参加経験がある
• PC作業(Micro Soft基本アプリ Excel/Word/PowerPointなど）
• 一般的なプロジェクトマネジメントスキル(計画立案/進捗管理/リスク管理/チームビルディングやステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション力）
• 英会話スキル/日本語スキル(いずれも日常会話レベル以上)

【あると望ましいスキル】

• 半導体基礎知識
• SAP知識
• 一般的なコミュニケーションスキル、ミーティングスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
• 生産工学基礎知識（待ち行列理論やサイクルタイムなど）
• Digital Transformation、DX関連技術(SQL, Tableau, RPAを用いたデータの自動化や可視化）

【Warehouse Automation】
＜Objective＞

• Explore opportunities to automate physical manual tasks and promote warehouse modernization.

＜Expectation＞

• Investigate and understand manual operations across the site.
• Acquire knowledge of automation machinery and gather information on automation industry trends.
• Consider optimal operations through automation and continuously aim for BKM (Best Known Method).
• Implement alignment between Central and sites (BKM sharing, Fast Follow, etc.) to contribute to modernization across Micron.
• Audit response
   

【Required Qualifications】

• Experience participating in warehouse automation projects.
• PC skills (basic Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• General project management skills (planning, progress control, risk management, team building, coordination and communication with stakeholders).
• English and Japanese conversation skills (both at least daily conversational level).

【Preferred Skills】

• Basic knowledge of semiconductors.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• General communication, meeting, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial engineering (e.g., queuing theory, cycle time).
• Digital Transformation (DX) related technologies (automation and visualization of data using SQL, Tableau, RPA).
